Conferences and colloquia

The Harold Wolpe Memorial Trust is committed to promoting research and dialogue on issues of social structure, class and gender, of the state, of government and politics, of social justice, and of social stability and cohesion.

To this end, the Trust regularly organises, hosts and sponsors conferences and colloquia.

The Trust works with leading intellectuals to conceptualise the content and delineate the parameters of these events.

To date, two conferences have been held. Some proceedings of these events are available via the links below.

A colloquium is planned for September 2006 to mark the 10th anniversary of the death of Harold Wolpe and the establishment of the Trust. The call for papers and registration details can be accessed below.

To receive notice of future conferences and colloquia, add your name to the mailing list.
